Our toys must be stored in a dry place. As any natural product, toys might start to mold if left in a wet or moist environment. Air drying between uses is recommended.

Shipping
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (Monday–Friday). As a curated multi-vendor marketplace, your items may ship from multiple locations and arrive in separate packages.
We ship via USPS and UPS Ground or UPS Ground Saver. Tracking information will be provided via email as each shipment is fulfilled.
- Free shipping on orders over $100 (excluding select oversized items)
- Orders may arrive in multiple shipments
- Shipping available within the contiguous United States only (excluding Alaska and Hawaii)
- Shipping times do not include weekends or holidays
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
Please note: Certain items—including furniture, lighting, and oversized or fragile pieces—are excluded from free shipping due to size and handling requirements.
Items that are not suitable for standard carriers like UPS or USPS may be shipped via a specialty carrier such as UShip. In these cases, additional shipping arrangements and fees may apply, and you may be contacted directly to coordinate delivery.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Jackson Square Mercantile is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.
Once a package is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If needed, please contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim.
Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, all claims for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments must be filed directly with the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays or service interruptions.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns on full-priced merchandise within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- In original condition with all tags attached
All sale items are final sale.
Footwear must be returned in the original shoe box, in its original condition.
Gifts accompanied by a gift receipt may be exchanged or issued store credit within 14 days of the original purchase date.
Return Process
All returns must be authorized prior to being sent back.
To initiate a return, please email info@jsqmercantile.com with your order number and reason for return. Due to our multi-vendor model, return instructions may vary by item.
Once approved, a return shipping label will be provided.
- Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund
- Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the transaction.
Important Notes
- Items returned outside of the 14-day window or not in original condition may be refused
- If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, a $8 fee will be deducted from your refund
- Non-returnable merchandise will not be refunded
Damages or Issues
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@jsqmercantile.com.
Include your order number and a photo of the issue. Claims made after 3 days will not be eligible for return or exchange.
