Our marketplace is a curated collection of independent vendors offering thoughtfully sourced home décor, furniture, and giftable pieces. Each seller manages their inventory through our system, while we handle the customer experience, marketing, and transactions.

We utilize an web based inventory system across our marketplace. This allows for real-time updates, seamless order processing, and accurate tracking of your products.

All in store items require a barcode to scan at checkout

We manage the customer-facing experience, including transactions and communication. Additional fulfillment expectations may be outlined during onboarding depending on your product category. Sellers are expected to box and ship their products.

Payouts are processed on the 7th of each month for all sales completed in the previous month.

Our commission structure is designed to support both in-store and online growth:

• 15% commission for vendors selling in-store with booths (coming soon)
• 25% commission for online-only vendors
• 50% commission for in store commission on consignment
  

This allows us to invest in marketing, platform management, and delivering a seamless customer experience across all channels.

All payouts are processed securely through Stripe Connect and deposited directly into your linked bank account.

Payouts are automatically processed on the 7th of the month for the month prior.

Yes. You’ll be required to connect your bank account through Stripe Connect during onboarding to ensure timely and secure payouts.

License fees are billed separately from your sales and are automatically charged on the 1st of each month.

Yes. All vendors are required to have a valid payment method on file with autopay enabled for monthly license fees.

In-store vendors are expected to maintain a cohesive, curated collection that aligns with our brand—quality, intentional, and visually appealing pieces perform best.

For online-only vendors, all products are subject to approval prior to being published to ensure they meet our standards.

This includes wholesale and name-brand items, which are subject to brand approval and must meet a minimum keystone of 2.5 to maintain consistent pricing and positioning across the marketplace.

We also maintain ongoing assortment review, and reserve the right to request edits or remove items at any time to preserve a cohesive, elevated shopping experience.

Yes. Vendors will receive a 1099 form annually for payouts processed through Stripe Connect, in accordance with IRS reporting requirements.
