We suggest picking your items up ASAP, as items are only eligible for return or exchange within 14 DAYS of fulfillment date. You will receive a reminder by email within 10 days after fulfillment if order has not yet been picked up. Any items not picked up after 30 DAYS from fulfillment date will be donated to charity.
Standard Shipping: All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Surepost.

Jsqmercantile.com accepts returns and exchanges on full-priced merchandise that HAS NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL ORIGINAL tags attached. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box in its original condition. Return must have original invoice or receipt. Gifts with original gift receipt are valid for store credit or exchange within 30 days from purchase date (note the purchase date is not the day you receive gift. It is day gift giver purchased items.)
Prepaid shipping labels are not provided for returns. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
